Sale of Goods

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions. Please scroll through this screen, read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the Sites’ terms and conditions.

Fulfilment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order and the Company is under no obligation to fulfill your order.

No amendments to these terms and conditions will be accepted.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are exclusive of delivery charges.

Payment – We accept all major credit cards e.g. Master Cards, Visa Cards, Switch, Delta, JCB, etc. The payment is taken by our Bank using a well secured and encrypted method/ system. We only receive the confirmation of payment and the product(s) and despatch details from the Bank. Payment may also be made by other method(s) such as “PayPal Transfer” or “Bank transfer.” For more detailed information please “Contact us”.

Payment made on any of our company sites are taken / collected by our bank on behalf of our company. The name “Auralite” will display on your Bank, Debit Card or Credit Card Statement.

A non-refundable delivery charge applies unless goods are faulty when this may be refunded.

Goods will be despatched within 5 – 7 working days of payment.

Deliveries and the relevant charges made outside the India are subject to the provisions from time to time detailed. 

Return of Products / Goods

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all goods are in good condition when they leave our premises and are packed in a manner suitable for their transportation to you, there, unfortunately, may be circumstances when they do not meet the expected standard.

The following details are refund policy and requirements:

Other than faulty goods all non-consumable goods may be returned for refund within seven days from the date of delivery and in good condition.

Consumable goods may not be returned unless faulty. If faulty the goods must be (whenever possible) returned to the Company.

You MUST quote the invoice number on all correspondence.

A non-refundable delivery charge applies unless goods are faulty when this may be refunded.

Refund

Normally it takes 10 – 14 working days of returning your order. 

After we receive and process your return; it may take 5 – 7 working days for your refund to display on your payment card statement depending on your bank’s processing time/ schedule. 

Colours, Graphics and Material

The colours shown on this website can only be as accurate as your computer monitor allows and are to be used for general guidance only.
